Training Classes

Take advantage of the timing and travel savings by joining us for the optional training sessions offered at the user event. To participate in training classes, you will be required to bring your government issued laptop and CAC cards. Space is limited, and seats will be filled on a first come/first serve basis. The Program Management Team (PMT) meeting is a held quarterly and includes Service representatives, and site leaders. The meeting is led by the Program Management Office (PMO). The Configuration Management Working Group will also join with the PMT. Discussion items include MOAs, charter reviews, Functional Priority List, Contract Overview, etc. This meeting is for PMO, PMT, and CMWG members and others invited by the PMO. Learn the ins and outs of HMMS for Material Management. This class is part presentation and part hands-on demonstration, and details how to go from setup to the daily operational use of the HMMS Material Management Module.

Learn how to create ad hoc reports using Jaspersoft. This course will detail the reporting functionality of the Jaspersoft tool. This course will cover Administrative reports, Material reports and Waste reports. It will show how to find previously created reports and how to generate reports.

THURSDAY, MAY 9TH 1:00pm-5:00pm

Learn the ins and outs of the HMMS Waste Module. This class provides an overview of Waste Generator functionality in HMMS from set up to how waste flows from cradle to grave. The class will be a mixture of hands-on, lecture, and discussion.

THURSDAY, MAY 9TH 8:00am-12:00pm

Users of the new HMMS Hazardous Waste Distribution (HMMS-HWD) are welcome to join this training class to learn the ins and outs of this new application.
