Naved Siddique joins global ESG firm to lead product organization during period of continued strategic growth and expansion
CHICAGO, IL (August 10, 2023) – Sphera®, a leading global provider of environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and risk management software, data and consulting services, today announced the appointment of Naved Siddique as its new chief product officer (CPO). As CPO, he will lead Sphera’s product organization, driving the overall product roadmap and supporting its competitive go-to-market strategy.
Siddique brings over 20 years of experience in product strategy. Throughout his career, he has had a track record of creating and launching innovative products, nurturing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. Most recently, Siddique served as senior vice president, strategy and consulting at Hi Marley, where he outlined the strategic direction and set market requirements and value propositions for solutions for the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to that, Siddique held leadership roles at CCC Intelligent Solutions, most recently as its group vice president, insurance market strategy and solutions, where he launched and grew multiple new products in the insurance market, including industry-leading AI solutions. While there, he developed numerous product strategies and revenue plans that exceeded expectations and led to an IPO.
