In the past, Sphera teamed with EHS Daily Advisor to learn how companies promote a safety culture in their organization.
More than 700 people participated in the “Measuring Safety Culture” survey and shared their experiences regarding how metrics are shaping the decisions, leadership, and safety culture at their organizations. The survey results showed us how safety leaders in the real world are leveraging metrics and cultural initiatives in their important work—preventing injury and illness in the workplace.
