- Sphera achieved a 19% reduction in GHG emissions, which was measured using 2019 as our baseline year.
- In 2022, 22% of our sites used renewable electricity, and we are working hard to increase this figure.
- We achieved 100% of our Blackstone Emissions Reduction target.
Social
- Our colleague engagement survey achieved an 86% response rate.
- Our employee gender breakdown by full-time equivalent (FTE) was 40% female / 60% male in 2022.
- Colleagues walked or ran 24,943,570 steps to support their wellness and an employee-selected charity.
Governance
- Sphera achieved SOC2 Type 2 attestation.
- We expanded subject matter expertise at the board level.
- Employees completed required training on our code of conduct and information security.
