Sphera’s 2022 ESG Report

With transparency and accountability at the forefront of who we are and what we do, we are pleased to present our 2022 ESG Report. Our report provides an account of our ESG performance for the period between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022, for Sphera and its subsidiaries around the world.

Environmental

• Sphera achieved a 19% reduction in GHG emissions, which was measured using 2019 as our baseline year.
• In 2022, 22% of our sites used renewable electricity, and we are working hard to increase this figure.
• We achieved 100% of our Blackstone Emissions Reduction target.

Social

• Our colleague engagement survey achieved an 86% response rate.
• Our employee gender breakdown by full-time equivalent (FTE) was 40% female / 60% male in 2022.
• Colleagues walked or ran 24,943,570 steps to support their wellness and an employee-selected charity.

Governance

• Sphera achieved SOC2 Type 2 attestation.
• We expanded subject matter expertise at the board level.
• Employees completed required training on our code of conduct and information security.
