Sustainable Product Development Using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

Designing for environment will lead to significant environmental improvements in the product’s life-cycle. Green and responsible products are thought through their life cycle stages with a focus on end of life management, investment in design for environment innovations, enhancing life of products among others. Life cycle thinking allows organizations to look at design processes and product development from a holistic systems level. This session focuses on strategies and cases of responsible products thought through life cycle approach.
