PSA is a structured approach for evaluating sustainability-related risks and opportunities across a product portfolio and translating the results into business decisions.

Traditional risk assessments often focus mainly on financial exposure. PSA adds a product-level sustainability lens, helping you understand the regulatory, market, environmental and value-chain drivers behind risk and opportunity.

No. LCA strengthens PSA where deeper environmental evidence is needed, but LCAs are not a prerequisite for PSA.

PSA can provide product-level evidence for impacts, risks, opportunities, value-chain topics and sustainability actions, supporting stronger CSRD and ESRS reporting narratives.
