Sphera leads for brand preference and brand awareness for ORM software in a new multi-region and industry report by independent research firm
CHICAGO, IL (December 14, 2021) – Sphera®, a leading global provider of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance and risk management software, data and consulting services, has been recognized as a market leader for brand preference for Operational Risk Management (ORM) software in the Global Corporate Survey 2021: Operational Risk Management Software Brands Recognition report recently released by independent research firm Verdantix.
Operations decision-makers were surveyed for their perspectives on the capabilities of 21 ORM software vendors. Sphera received the highest ranking as a market-leading vendor for ORM Software. Additionally, Sphera was the brand awareness leader for software vendors with integrated risk, safety and sustainability products with 81% of the respondents indicating they were aware of Sphera.
For the report, Verdantix conducted telephone interviews on operational excellence topics with 256 customers across 13 economic regions and 14 industries. The brand perception questions were part of that broader survey, which included questions on technology, budgets and investments. The report gives granular insight into which ORM software vendors have the strongest brand preference and awareness.
