Previously vice president of marketing, Geldman will spearhead Sphera’s marketing efforts in support of the company’s accelerated AI-first growth strategy during a pivotal time for software

CHICAGO, IL – (May 26, 2026) Sphera, a leading Operational Intelligence Platform, today announced the promotion of Megan Geldman to chief marketing officer. Based in Sphera’s Chicago headquarters, Geldman will work closely with CEO Paul Marushka to lead the company’s global marketing, brand and communications strategy as Sphera continues expanding its Operational Intelligence Platform and advancing its AI capabilities.

Geldman brings more than 15 years of marketing leadership experience across enterprise software, capital markets technology and financial services. Prior to joining Sphera, she served as head of marketing at Performance Trust Companies, where she helped launch mutual funds and hedge funds and educated community banks across the country on the complexities of fixed income. She also held leadership positions including head of marketing & communications at Itiviti and director of marketing and advertising at Sereno Group. Megan holds a BA in Fine Art & Mathematics from the University of Puget Sound.
