EU Poison Centre Notification Solution

Submit Notifications To The ECHA Portal Automatically

Sphera introduces new features to Intelligent Authoring™ and Compliance Engine for EH&S to allow companies to submit notifications fully compliant with Annex VIII to CLP regulation and ECHA guidelines.

Comply in Time — The Annex VIII Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures requires companies, before placing hazardous mixtures on the EU market, to submit notifications to Poison Centres in a prescribed format via a portal designed by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA). The first deadline for submission is January 1, 2021 and it applies to products with consumer and/ or professional uses.
