Appointment strengthens executive leadership as Sphera enters its next chapter of growth

CHICAGO, IL – 23 July 2026 – Sphera, the leading Operational Intelligence Platform, today announced the appointment of Colleen Prifogle as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prifogle brings more than 25 years of finance leadership experience across software, technology, manufacturing and services organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Finance and Sales Operations at RLDatix, partnering with executive leadership and private equity sponsors to advance enterprise-wide value creation, strengthen financial planning and reporting and support strategic investment decisions. Previously, she held senior finance and transformation leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Johnson Controls and Fiserv, leading enterprise planning, finance transformation and performance management across global organizations.

As CFO, Prifogle will lead Sphera’s global Finance organization and partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to strengthen financial planning, improve business visibility and provide the insights needed to support the company’s strategic priorities.
