HR executive brings more than 25 years of experience in HR modernization, organizational design and strategic talent management
CHICAGO, IL (August 27, 2026) – Sphera, the leading Operational Intelligence Platform, today announced Levett Washington has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Based in Sphera’s Chicago headquarters, Washington will lead Sphera’s global human resources organization, with responsibility for advancing the company’s HR strategy, organizational effectiveness and workforce capabilities.
Washington will oversee talent strategy and acquisition, leadership development, total rewards and workforce planning. He brings more than 25 years of global HR leadership experience across technology, life sciences and professional services, with a track record of using AI and workforce analytics to improve decision-making and business performance.
Prior to joining Sphera, Washington served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at QAD Inc., where he rebuilt global HR operations and led post-acquisition organizational transformation. He previously held senior HR and transformation leadership roles at HCL America, IBM and Amgen.
