As chief financial officer, Colleen Prifogle leads Sphera’s global Finance organization, strengthening financial planning, improving business visibility and enabling finance to serve as a strategic business partner across the company. Based in Sphera’s Chicago headquarters, Colleen brings more than 25 years of experience helping global organizations scale through disciplined financial leadership.

Meet Colleen Prifogle
Colleen Prifogle is Sphera’s chief financial officer. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams and private equity sponsors to build scalable finance organizations, strengthen financial discipline and help companies navigate periods of growth, transformation and value creation.
Before joining Sphera, Colleen served as Senior Vice President of Global Finance and Sales Operations at RLDatix, where she led enterprise-wide value creation initiatives, rebuilt the global finance organization and strengthened planning and reporting capabilities. Previously, she held senior finance and transformation leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Johnson Controls and Fiserv, where she led enterprise planning, performance management and finance transformation across global organizations.
Her experience helping organizations scale through disciplined financial leadership will be instrumental as Sphera continues its next chapter of growth. She will help ensure the company has the financial discipline and strategic insight to support continued innovation and long-term value creation.
Colleen holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, running, cycling and being outdoors.
