Meet Megan Geldman
As chief marketing officer, Megan Geldman leads a global organization focused on Sphera’s marketing strategy, brand identity and growth initiatives to drive revenue and customer engagement. Based in Sphera’s Chicago headquarters, she works with the leadership team to develop and promote Sphera’s position as the leading Operational Intelligence Platform.
Megan has led marketing teams for 15 years. Previously at Sphera, she led demand generation, product marketing and integrated marketing initiatives that supported the company’s transformation. Most recently, she partnered closely with Sphera’s executive and sales leadership to develop and activate a new industry model designed to better align Sphera’s solutions to customer issues, regulatory drivers and market opportunities.
Prior to joining Sphera, Megan served as head of marketing at Performance Trust Companies, where she helped launch mutual funds and hedge funds and educated community banks across the country on the complexities of fixed income. She has also held marketing and communications leadership roles at Itiviti, a capital markets technology company acquired by Broadridge, where she helped grow the business in North America and supported the transition of a merger between two similarly sized companies that nearly doubled the organization overnight.
Bringing a perspective shaped by her roots in Silicon Valley, she has fully embraced life in Chicago and finds the city’s rich culture and welcoming community a constant source of joy. In her downtime, she loves to travel with her close-knit circle of friends and family but always makes time for Callie, her longtime canine companion.
