Meet Naved Siddique

Naved Siddique is Sphera’s chief product officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in product strategy, market solutions and revenue growth to his role as CPO. He’s developed and launched innovative products, driven strategic initiatives and built high-performing teams throughout his career. 

Before joining Sphera, Naved served as the senior vice president of strategy and consulting at Hi Marley, an AI-enabled collaboration platform for the property and casualty insurance industry. There he outlined its strategic direction, created value propositions and set market requirements for current and newly developed solutions. 

Prior to Hi Marley, Naved spent 16 years in various leadership roles at CCC Intelligent Solutions. He was the group vice president of insurance market strategy and solutions, where he collaborated with other executive leaders to drive and launch new products for the insurance market. 

Naved earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University. In his free time, Naved enjoys spending time with his familyespecially watching his three children play soccer. Most weekends, you can find him cheering on his boys as they play along the Chicago lakefront.
