In this session, we will address the interoperability of supply chain transparency tools with raw material information. As organizations seek further insight into their supply chain, there is an increasing need for transparency into sustainability and material and chemical information to become readily available for regulatory or voluntary reporting.
We’ll demonstrate how to collect raw material data intake data directly from suppliers and align it with chemical management systems. This information is particularly significant as it may reveal the complete composition of substances, which are often not disclosed in Section 3 of an SDS.
As the role of product stewards continues to expand, they are increasingly tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance. With these growing responsibilities comes a heightened need for readily accessible, detailed information to support their work.
