Chris Jones is Sphera’s chief revenue officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in leading global sales strategy, operations management and segment diversification. He is highly experienced in leading and inspiring global sales and account management teams and building processes that contribute to future growth plans.
Before joining Sphera, Chris served as CRO at Sift, an AI-powered fraud platform securing digital trust, where he led all customer facing functions globally, including business development, new sales and renewals, account management, sales engineering, customer success and operational sales support. Prior to Sift, he held CRO roles at BetterCloud and BeyondTrust, leading global teams to drive significant value throughout the full customer lifecycle. Chris also has held sales leadership roles with PROS, Microsoft and EMC.
Chris’s immense expertise in driving strategic growth will be instrumental in steering the sales and account management organization as Sphera continues to scale to meet increasing demand in the enterprise sustainability software market. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the University of Richmond, Virgina.
He and his wife Kathleen reside in the Charleston, South Carolina area and have two adult sons. In his spare time, Chris enjoys family time, running, golfing and the Charleston food scene.
