With regulations ever-changing and often moving quickly, it’s difficult to keep up. The same way that people go to the doctor every year to get a health assessment, it’s just as important to do a periodic health check on your Environmental Health & Safety software to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
“I think it’s fun when we find something that the customers don’t really know about,” Payer said. “We kind of surprise them. So we can do a little bit of behind-the-scenes work on their configurations and systems, and it’s kind of like your lab tests when you go to the doctor.”
