Meet Nick Patterson
As interim CFO, Nick leads the company’s global finance, accounting and legal teams. He brings 10 year of experience in developing the key KPIs and financial insights necessary to support the strategic decisions of the Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Sphera, Nick worked in KPMG’s Financial Due Diligence practice where he delivered key accounting and operational analysis on potential acquisitions for both private equity and corporate clients. He continues to leverage this experience in support of Sphera’s sustained activity in mergers and acquisitions.
Nick holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and CPA in the state of Illinois.
In his free time, Nick enjoys playing basketball and golf, hiking, and traveling.
