Meet Michelle Belew
As Sphera’s general counsel, Michelle will lead the company’s global legal and compliance organization. Michelle brings almost 20 years of law firm and in-house corporate legal experience to Sphera, and she has been helping privately held and publicly traded professional services and technology companies grow and transform for the past decade.
Prior to joining Sphera, Michelle served in senior leadership roles in the legal departments of Progress Software, InnerWorkings and Rimini Street, establishing and managing in-house teams and supporting strategic initiatives around the globe. Michelle’s expertise across a broad range of legal and business matters includes international expansion, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), software services and cross-border transactions.
She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh, with a Certificate in International and Comparative Law. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Delaware. In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling, skiing, cycling, golfing and spending time with her family.
