Lisa Farrar

Meet Lisa Farrar

Lisa Farrar is Sphera’s chief marketing officer. She brings her enterprise marketing capabilities and full-line marketing expertise to her role as Sphera’s CMO.  

Lisa has 15 years of experience developing products and driving growth for industry-leading brands. Her digital and traditional marketing program management experience includes roles at IBM, Nissan, Cox Automotive, CDK Global and At Nissan, she worked on the marketing campaign for the Nissan LEAF, one of the first and best-selling electric vehicles in the market.   

Before joining Sphera, Lisa served as the CMO of Everspring, a digital solution company for higher education. There she built, developed and led its internal teams, where she and her team led B2B and B2C student acquisition marketing for over 70 programs on behalf of top-tier universities, including Northwestern, Tulane and the University of Kansas. 

Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, emerging vehicle technology (she’s owned seven electric vehicles throughout her life, though not all at once) and spending time with her family.
