This study presents a Maturity Model for operations, production and safety leaders at asset-intensive firms to self-assess the maturity of information systems for operational risk management. It builds on insights from a survey of 211 operations decision-makers and detailed interviews with operations leaders at 15 large organizations conducted by independent research firm Verdantix.
Corporate leaders should use the Operational Risk Maturity Model to better understand their information management strengths, pinpoint priority areas for improvement and get advice on how to move their strategies forward.
