Oh what an untangled web we’ve weaved.
You might have noticed that our website has changed in the past few weeks. We’ve been slowly rolling out the new Sphera.com, which is a sleeker, simpler and more sophisticated website to help our customers and users get the information they need when they need it through quicker and more intuitive navigation.
Hop on board; we’ll take you for a little spin.
New Home Page
The first thing you’ll see when you come to Sphera.com is the six most important nav tools at the top of homepage, including “Why Sphera” which could just as easily have been titled, “Wise! Sphera” because you definitely made a wise choice to visit us and learn more about Sphera and our partners. Spoiler alert: “Our legacy is told in the stories we hear about the incident that was avoided, the near-miss that never was, and the way our clients continue to excel and achieve extraordinary things.”
And just like the “Pippin” song, “when you’re extraordinary, you gotta do extraordinary things.” And we certainly do.

So why make this change now? That’s simple: We’ve grown and grown and grown, and we needed an updated website to help showcase all the cool tools and resources Sphera has to offer.
A little over a year ago, Sphera opened its new headquarters in Chicago. So much has changed even since then.
At inspire 2019, Sphera announced the acquisition of SiteHawk, a Smyrna, Tennessee-based cloud software company, to expand Sphera’s Product Stewardship and chemical software solution capabilities and, a few months later, Sphera completed a deal to acquire thinkstep, a leading cloud sustainability software and consulting company based in Stuttgart, Germany. Both are now under the Sphera brand.
Those were Sphera’s fourth and fifth acquisitions, respectively, in just three years’ time. As you can imagine, there were a lot of moving parts moving to Sphera’s site in a short period of time.
With all those additions, it’s not too surprising that our website needed a refresh to help take away any confusion that was caused by adding several new solutions and services to Sphera’s already-robust offerings for our Software as a Service and on-premise solutions.
Connecting the Dots Better
As you’ll see as you click around the site, we’ve integrated our portfolio and connected risk solutions and consulting services across different business areas to align safety, sustainability and productivity offerings. We’ve also improved search functionality to get you where you need to be in a jiff. While our website has changed, our mission hasn’t: We create a safer, more sustainable and productive world.
With the relaunch of our website, we believe finding what you need is much easier—whether it’s technology or consulting services in our four areas: Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S), which now houses our Corporate Sustainability, Environmental Accounting, Refrigerant Compliance, Health & Safety Management and Operational Compliance solutions; Operational Risk Management, which includes Advanced Risk Assessment, PHA-Pro, FMEA-Pro, Control of Work and Master Data Management; Product Stewardship, which contains Chemical Management, Government Services, Product Compliance, Product Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment; and Sustainability Consulting, which comprises Corporate Sustainability, Performance Improvement, Product Sustainability, Reporting and Strategic Guidance.
As you’ll see as you explore the new website along your Integrated Risk Management 4.0 journey, we have simplified the experience to get you where you want to be quicker.
You’ll also find the same great thought leadership content that you crave from our blog, e-books, SpheraNOW podcast, Spark magazine and more. We’ve also modernized the look and feel to improve the user experience.
OK, a lot has changed on our site, but the one thing that hasn’t changed is Sphera itself. While Sphera has grown tremendously, we’re the same company customers have counted on for more than 30 years to help them keep their people safe, their products sustainable and their operations productive in the good times and the challenging ones. That’s one thing that will never change.
