People came from here, there and everywhere to attend think 2020, the first time the event was hosted virtually.

We made the decision to make the think 2020 Sustainability Symposium a digital event because the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is of the utmost importance to us.

As the industry adjusts to COVID-19 precautions and social distancing, we remain focused on providing high-quality information and insights to our global community. The virtual format allowed more than 350 delegates the opportunity to watch live and on-demand presentations of the conference content and ask questions along the way. The results and customer feedback were very positive, and we look forward to hosting more of these events in the future.

Engage, Share, Learn

The three-day event included a series of recorded and live product training options, expert-led breakout sessions and user group meetings. Delegates had the opportunity to learn from Sphera product and service experts as well as share insights with peers.

Day 1 of the event included basic and advanced software training for SoFi, Sphera’s corporate sustainability software. Experts shared best practices and tips and tricks for data collection, reporting and analytics.

Day 2 featured a series of on-demand, exciting breakout sessions. With an in-depth learning approach, the session hosts shared thought leadership and insights in a variety of sustainability topics, including:

Day 3 allowed the user community to connect as peers and learn from each other in the SoFi/ Product Sustainability (GaBi)/ Material Compliance User Group Meetings. Sphera product management shared software roadmaps and answered users’ questions about solution strategies.
